The event is open to everyone but is targeted to children ages 12 and under. Costumes are super encouraged! \nVisitors will get to meet Lakeland firefighters and police officers\, trick-or-treat at different fire apparatus and police vehicles\, and learn about how to stay healthy and safe at different stops along Lake Mirror and adjacent Fire Station 1. DESCRIPTION:Downtown Lakeland is excited to bring Friday Night Live back as a monthly Spring live music series in Munn Park beginning at 6pm. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and grab a TO GO dinner and adult beverage from a Downtown Business! This event has a state liquor license\, so you can leave a bar or restaurant with a TO GO drink to enjoy in Munn Park while you listen to the band. We are also super excited to build a limited vendor list for this event. (Vendor participation by invitation only. DESCRIPTION:Tasty Tuesdays are a super fun way to experience multiple Downtown restaurants all in one night!  You get hearty sample sizes with each ticket and move from place to place at your own pace! Tastings begin at 4:30pm and end at 9pm. \nEnjoy live music in Munn Park from 5:30-8:30pm.\nCheck back to see who will be playing this month!\nGrab your samples and enjoy in the park! Tables and chairs provided. \nHere’s how it works: \nPurchase your ticket package from LDDA. Tickets come in packets of 10 for $25. (Additional packs may be purchased in increments of $5 which is 2 tickets). Share your package with a friend or save your unused tickets for next time!\n• In advance or in person from our Downtown Lakeland office located at 117 N. Kentucky Ave. via cash or credit – Office hours are 10am to 5pm MTW & F.\n• Purchase online\n• Pick up your tickets anytime in advance of the event from the LDDA office located at 117 N. Kentucky Ave. Office hours are 10am to 5pm MTW & F or the night of the event by 7pm.\n• Purchase the night of the event until 7pm from the LDDA office located at 117 N. Kentucky Ave. \nIn addition to the physical tickets to use to receive your tastes\, you’ll receive a map of participating businesses and their locations.\n \nThis is a self-guided\, tasting event happening the third Tuesday of every month. Go in your own order and at your own pace. You can use more than one ticket at any location if you choose. This is a fun event. Why not make it Date Night\, Friends Night Out or just come have some fun. \nWe also now have Live Music in Munn park from 5:30- 8:30pm. Don’t miss the Makers Market\, featuring local artists and creators\, on North Kentucky Avenue\, Food Trucks on Pine St.\, and the Classy Car Show on Tennessee Ave. Streets are closed to vehicles\, so come prepared to walk about! \nFirst Friday is a family-friendly event held in the streets of Downtown Lakeland between Lemon Street and Oak Street along Kentucky and Tennessee Avenues. On-street parking begins to close in the event area at 3pm to allow us to clear the streets and set up the exhibitors and vendors. Parking in all permitted and metered locations is free after 5pm and all day on the weekends.
