DESCRIPTION:First Friday: Holiday Spectacular will be December 5 from 6pm to 9pm in Downtown Lakeland. \nDowntown shops and restaurants will be open late. Don’t miss the Makers Market\, featuring local artists and creators\, on North Kentucky Avenue and the Classy Car Show on Tennessee Ave. Streets are closed to vehicles\, so come prepared to walk about! \nFirst Friday is a family-friendly event held in the streets of Downtown Lakeland between Lemon Street and Oak Street along Kentucky and Tennessee Avenues. On-street parking begins to close in the event area at 3pm to allow us to clear the streets and set up the exhibitors and vendors. Parking in all permitted and metered locations is free after 5pm and all day on the weekends. Event parking is limited\, so please carpool with friends and neighbors! \nACTIVITIES INCLUDE:  \n6PM – 9PM   Munn Park\, at the Christmas Tree. Free family photos!\n6PM – 9PM   Pictures with Santa – Crews Bank\n6P – 9PM  Family fun area with: Skating rink (Pine St.)  Kiddie Train (Tennessee Ave. and Pine St.)\n                 and Snowman Bounce House (Munn Park parking lot) .\n6PM\, 7PM\, 8PM  Christmas Carolers – performed by Klassika\,\non the balcony from the Wakeman Offices (above Harry’s Seafood)\n6PM – 7PM  DJ Willie Lugo (Pine St. and Kentucky Ave.)\n7PM – 730P  First United Methodist Church Handbell Ringers (Pine St. and Kentucky Ave.) \n730PM – 830PM  DJ Will Lugo (Pine St. and Kentucky Ave.) \n Activies Map \nPlease be aware of social media scammers.
