Tasty Tuesdays are a super fun way to experience multiple Downtown restaurants all in one night!  You get hearty sample sizes with each ticket and move from place to place at your own pace! Tastings begin at 4:30pm and end at 9pm.

JUST THE 2 OF US:
Kenneth and Sebrina Morris, known as “Just the 2 of Us” , have performed together and individual solo acts for over 20 years. Sebrina is not only an exciting, gifted performer,  but also, an anointed minister of Gospel.  Ken’s saxophone brings a touch of class or an air of worship to every event.  Their diverse backgrounds make for some interesting combinations and approaches to music and entertaining. Ken grew up in Louisiana with a deep appreciation and love for traditional Gospel, Soul and R&B music in ad hoc bands; While with her Texas roots, Sebrina is steeped in Ole School and Contemporary gospel, and Country; with Jazz standards and Classical, stemming from her Choir, Thespian training and love of Musical Theatre. Both Veterans, they toured and shared their talents all over the world together with Air Force Entertainment, as part of the elite entertainment troupe “Tops In Blue” in 1995 and now they continue to electrify, captivate and delight, creating unforgettable performances time and time again .

Here’s how it works:

Purchase your ticket package from LDDA. Tickets come in packets of 10 for $25. (Additional packs may be purchased in increments of $5 which is 2 tickets). Share your package with a friend or save your unused tickets for next time!
• In advance or in person from our Downtown Lakeland office located at 117 N. Kentucky Ave. via cash or credit – Office hours are 10am to 5pm MTW & F.
• Purchase online
• Pick up your tickets anytime in advance of the event from the LDDA office located at 117 N. Kentucky Ave. Office hours are 10am to 5pm MTW & F or the night of the event by 7pm.
• Purchase the night of the event until 7pm from the LDDA office located at 117 N. Kentucky Ave.

In addition to the physical tickets to use to receive your tastes, you’ll receive a map of participating businesses and their locations.

This is a self guided, tasting event happening the third Tuesday of every month. Go in your own order and at your own pace. You can use more than one ticket at any location if you choose. This is a fun event. Why not make it Date Night, Friends Night Out or just come have some fun.

We also now have Live Music in Munn park from 5:30- 8:30pm. So come on down and sit at the provided tables and chairs and enjoy your samples and listen/dance the night away.

TSUNAMI SUSHI & HIBACHI – Sample of  Freedom Roll-Inside fresh ahi tuna, crab, cucumber and cream cheese with avocado on the outside and topped with a mix of spicy tuna, crab, tempura crumbs, scallions, and a savory “freedom” aioli sauce.

Rec Room– 3 choices to choose from!! 5oz portion of our frozen drink (Squishe’) or Modelo, get a “taste” of the action with $2.50 worth of game tokens.

DISSENT Craft Brewing Company – 5oz sample of one of our 12 craft brews on draft

MOLLY MCHUGH’S IRISH PUB – Offering a 6 ounce sample of any draft. (must be 21 or older for this taste)

PALACE PIZZA – A choice of either Pepperoni pizza bites or a small cannoli with a sweet ricotta cheese with chocolate chips.
