⚠️ Important Application Information

• We DO NOT accept any applications via email, text, or phone call.
• If an application is closed, it’s likely that all available spaces are filled.
• We only accept applications for the immediate upcoming First Friday.
• Applications open the Monday after each First Friday at approximately 10:00 a.m.

 Exhibitor Types

Full-Time Exhibitor

Enjoy the same space for the duration of a 12-month agreement (beginning with the month you start).
Full-Time Exhibitors do not need to register each month and typically remain in the same space.

Part-Time Exhibitor

Participate in 4 events within a 12-month period.
You may attend consecutive or non-consecutive months, but you must choose your months in advance.
Confirmation is required for each of the four events, though a new application or agreement is not needed each time.

One-Time Exhibitor

Register and pay for each event individually.
You must apply every month you wish to attend, and you will move to different spaces monthly.

⚠️ Space Assignments

Exhibitors cannot choose their own spaces.
Each space is assigned for specific reasons, such as business type, event layout, and logistical considerations.
Space assignments are also determined by how promptly invoices are paid and agreements are signed.
