Downtown Lakeland Curbside Bingo and Essential Retail Bingo Rules & Information
You can honor the “Safer-at-Home” order and support your Downtown businesses working hard to provide essential goods and services. And you can have some fun while doing it.
How to Play Curbside & Retail Bingo:
- Make a minimum $5.00 purchase at each of the businesses on the game board.
- Request the business’ game piece (sticker) with your curbside order to mark your purchase.
- Place sticker for each business on their own square on the game card.
- Gift card purchases are eligible for the purpose of this game.
- Your game is complete when you have a fully covered game board “coverall.” Turn in for a chance to win the big prize–$300 in Downtown gift cards for Curbside Bingo (or $100 in Downtown Gift Cards for Essential Retail Bingo.)
Game Rules:
- Play for fun! Get a “coverall.”
- The goal is to get a “coverall” (a fully covered game board). Valid, eligible game boards must have original game stickers. Stickers must match the business on the game board.
- Each fully covered bingo game board may be turned in for a chance to win the CURBSIDE BINGO prize of $300 worth of gift cards (or the RETAIL PRIZE of $100 worth of gift cards) from Downtown Lakeland busineses. One winner will be chosen.
- From the remaining entries for the big prize, ten (10) additional winners will be chosen at random for smaller prizes valued at a minimum of $10-$25 each for CURBSIDE BINGO (or five (5) additional winners will be chosen at random for smaller prizes valued at a minimum of $10 each for RETAIL BINGO.) An individual can win only one time.
- If a restaurant closes before the end of the CURBSIDE BINGO game, it becomes a free space.
Bonus Buys on the RETAIL BINGO board: Online/phone purchases require a valid proof of purchase attached to the game board when turned in. Stickers are not available for online purchases. LDDA reserves the right to refuse any suspicious proof of purchase. Get online/phone purchases from 3 different Downtown Lakeland businesses who were forced to close and get an EXTRA entry in the RETAIL PRIZE drawing. Gift card purchases are eligible purchases for the purpose of this game.
Game boards can be turned in at participating businesses or mailed to: LDDA, 117 N. Kentucky Ave., Lakeland, FL 33801. Game deadline for entry submission is June 15, 2020. Winners will be drawn on Saturday, June 20, 2020, from all valid, eligible entries.
